Brandon D. McRoyal

Brandon McRoyal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Thornridge High School in 1999. In August of 1999 Brandon enrolled in classes at Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. There, he majored in Criminal Justice and began his journey into the law profession.

While a student at Illinois State University, Mr. McRoyal interned with the Cook County State's Attorney's Victim-Witness Unit. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 2003, Mr. McRoyal attended Chicago's DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul, he served as president of the Black Law Student Association and was a DePaul Advocate. Mr. McRoyal ("Attorney McRoyal") received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2006 and was authorized to practice law in November of 2006.

Currently, Attorney McRoyal practices in several areas of law under the tutelage of his mentor Atty. Berve M. Power. Brandon is an active member of the Cook County Bar Association and is editor of the Cook County Bar Association's Website.
